Arrived at 4.55pm to start shift with Sachin also had a shadow shift tonight Maddison
Toileted Sachin straight away passing quite a large amount of urine then went for a walk up Table top road to first bridge and back then along Cambridge Dr to park for 30minutes good steady pace minimal vocalising avg hr 97 bpm brushed his teeth straight after the walk then made our way into program room to begin work on his jigsaw puzzle very distracted tonight making little progress due to Maddison being here as Sachin was mesmerised whilst Maddison was talking hr sat between 65 and 70 bpm extra medication at 5.30pm normal meds given at 6.30.pm and extra meds again at 7.30pm made his way into lounge room to relax and unwind staff stayed on til 9pm to monitor.
