When I arrived, Sachin and Praveena were at art classes. I busied myself with tidying the programs room. Once back, I assisted getting Sachin inside - he was rather unsteady on his feet for the afternoon and needed close supervision when he was up and about. We decided today, and ate dinner together. Sach was very distracted and took a lot longer than usual to eat his dinner. I helped Sachin wash hands and clean up after. We prepared teas and, while the water was boiling, I prompted Sach to toilet. He was very slow to go - and was becoming distracted at minor things (small output). I also assisted in cleaning his teeth. I poured the water and we headed to the programme’s room. While doing puzzle, Sachs heart rate was steady in the mid 70’s and he was focused - but was also overlooking some obvious pieces. We finished up and 1930 and went to sit on couch. Sachs heart rate became escalated, potentially because the internet was down. I prompted him to toilet at 2000 and got him a snack and tea. His heart come down so I turned in the diffuser and put some lavender on his jumper. He began to settle and watched the movie with us.
