Sach was relaxing on the couch when I arrived. We decided that a short walk would be best today and headed out. Sachin clearly wanted to go for a longer walk, but was still happy to be out. We got back and I helped Sach get prepped for a shower, praveena took over and I went to sort out more of the next puzzle. Once out, Sach and I ate dinner together. We cleaned up and I washed Sachin’s hands and brushed his teeth. We made teas together and headed to programme’s room. Sach was a bit distracted to begin with and zoned out a couple times. After 1800, however, he settled in and began getting pieces in at a faster rate. His heart rate became good as well (60s and 70s). We finished up at 1930 and headed to couch to relax. I made Twas and got snacks at 2000, he was happy and relaxed. I prompted him to toilet at 2045 - after fiddling around with the toilet roll he went (large output). We watched Jack Ryan until shift end - Sach appeared very happy.
