Sachin was still in bed when I arrived, so I helped Praveena with prepping dinner. At approx. 1645, I went into the bedroom to check on him. He was awake and smiling and greeted me with a fist bump, but he did not immediately want to get up. I went back to the kitchen to help a bit more and he came out after a short while. I then prompted him to bathroom and assisted him with his shower routine (large urine output). After this, he came out and drank his tea and ate him dinner. He appeared alert and happy. We then cleaned up together and I prompted him to toilet - no go. I then assisted him with cleaning g his teeth and we made teas together. We got into programme’s room at approx. 1815. Sach was focused and had a big smile on his face. His heart rate was in the 80’s and 90’s, despite this, he got quite a few pieces in. We finished up, but Sach took quite a while to settle, and was in the laundry and ensuite before finally coming and sitting on the couch. He wouldn’t eat his corn chips unless I handed them to him. He settled in and his heart rate went into 70’s- low 80’s. Overall, not a great bpm to start - be he seemed happy and calm all evening.
