Absentee Seizure

Jigsaw.

11 degrees cold overcast day.
 
Mood:
Sachin was well rested , he had the giggles for 15 to 20 minutes at 6 o’clock, after meds he settled and stopped this. Sachin was well behaved. Then at 730 pm he started giggles again and a few occasions almost sounded hysterical.
 
NOTES:
Sachin and I went for a walk first thing tonight, we went for ten minutes and walked the whole block.
Sachin was encouraged to use the toilet when we returned from our walk, he produced large amount of urine. Sachin was then assisted with brushing his teeth.
Sachin assisted me with making tea’s we then went to the programs room and engaged in jigsaw puzzle time. Sachin appeared to be struggling with finding a certain piece, i assisted and also couldnt find it so i encouraged sachin to focus on another part, this appeared to work.
At 1816 hours Sachin appeared to have a blackout which lasted 20 seconds, his eyes were focused and not responding to hands waving in front of hid face.
Sachins Father and I lowered him to the floor and into the recovery position, Sachin became responsive a few seconds later, Sachin rested on the floor, interacting with his mother for approximately 10 minutes then got to his feet.
Sachin was taken to the toilet where he produced a large amount again.
Sachin was given his medication at 6:30 pm by his father.
Sachin and I returned to the programs room and continued with his jigsaw puzzle, his father found the piece we both were struggling with locating, and Sachin took off putting pieces in.
At 7:40 we finished in the programs room, we went to the lounge for rest time. Sachin was encouraged to use the toilet again, he did not produce this time.
We made up a cup of sleep camomile tea and prepared a bowl of doritos, Sachin took these and sat in his spot on the couch, settled in and watched some TV with mum.
 
Shift finished at 2100 hours.
