Support worker:- James.
Seizure risk level:- Risk level, minimal. 
Previous night Sleep:- 8 hrs.
Resting heart rate:- 62 bpm.

Activities:
Jigsaw puzzles in programs room.
Walking.
Wobble board.

Mood:
Sachin appeared well rested and focused well today, he set a good walking speed and kept it up for the walk. Sachin appeared to be pleased with himself after putting together two massive sections of his Jigsaw.

Weather: 
39 degrees, mostly sunny.

Notes:
Sachin used the toilet and I assisted him brush his teeth.
We then went to programs room and did Jigsaw puzzle work.
Sachin had medication at 1830 hours.
We continued on with Jigsaw puzzle, while Sachin focused on his section I struggled and put together one of the characters, I then transferred the portion to sachins work area, he knew exactly where it was to go and fitted it in.
We knocked off at 1930 hours and went walking, Sachin set the pace and appeared on a high after his Jigsaw.
We did 3 laps(2711 steps/ 20mins) of the block, it wasn’t too hot, at the time and sachin appeared happy.
Sachin did 15 minutes on his exercise wobble board then took his seat on the lounge with nan and mum watching TV.



Shift ceased at 2030 hours.
