Another Hot Day

Activities:
Jigsaw puzzles in programs room.
Walking around block.

Mood:
Sachin appeared to be in a good mood today, he was eager during his walk around block on account of the mist rain. Sachin displayed a lot of attention to his Jigsaw today, he completed a lot of pieces.

Weather: 
35 degrees, mostly sunny day, overcast with drizzle in afternoon.

Notes:
Assisted Sachin brushing his teeth, then Sachin used the toilet, large urine.
Sachin then completed some more of his Jigsaw puzzle in his program room with a cup of chamomile tea.
Sachin had medications at 1830 hours.
At 1910 hours Sachin and I left the programs room and went walking around the neighborhood.
Sachin appeared to enjoy the first lap very much, it was drizzling light rain, on the following laps Sachin picked up the walking speed, 3 laps total(2794 steps/26 mins).
When we returned inside Sachin also had 15 minutes on the exercise wobble board.
After the wobble board Sachin was encouraged to use the toilet, large urine produced.
Sachin then rested on couch with family with his cup of sleep tea and pealed mandarin.


Shift ceased at 2030 hours.
