Seizure risk level:- Risk level- minimal Previous night Sleep:- 8.20 hours sleep. Resting heart rate:- 61 resting bpm. ACTIVITIES. Walk. Jigsaw puzzle work. WEATHER: 20 degrees, partly cloudy. Mood: Sachin appeared calm and normal at start of shift, as the time went on he started displaying agitation, I believe triggered by his jigsaw puzzle having broken pieces. NOTES: Sachin used the toilet at start of shift, Large urine and then i assisted him brushing his teeth. Sachin and I walked down to the second bridge on Tabletop road we did a 41 minute walk completing 4323 steps. We made up cups of tea, we took them and went to the programs room for jigsaw puzzle time. Sachin had his medication at 1830, administered by his father. Sachin did not achieved much tonight with his puzzle, there was many torn and bent pieces and this caused Sachin to lose interest. At 1930 hours we packed up and went to the lounge where we watched TV with mum and nan. Shift ceased at 2000 hours.
