Previous night Sleep:-  6.12 hrs.
Resting heart rate:- 61 bpm.

Activities:
Jigsaw puzzles in programs.
Walking.
Wobble board.

Mood:
Sachin was slightly elevated in behaviours and physically energetic tonight, which is a norm behaviour when he doesn’t get enough sleep.
Saj mentioned a low sleep score for Sachin is the cause of this.
Saj also said the need for vigilant behaviour monitoring and encouraging calm environment to minimise the risk of over stimulating Sachin tonight is necessary.

Weather:
32 degrees, Sunny.

Notes:
Sachin was offered the toilet first thing, large urine produced, I then assisted Sachin with brushing his teeth.
We then went into the programs room and worked on jigsaw puzzles. We discovered before Sachin finished there would be two pieces missing, Saj and myself plus previous  searched the programs room to no avail, the missing pieces are a mystery.
Unsure how Sachin would take having pieces missing when he ‘completed’ his puzzle we devised a plan to distract Sachin and to get him started on a new one fast.
Sachin appeared to not stress about the missing pieces and did move on easily.
Medication at 1830 hours.
Sachin was taken to the toilet by his father.
At 1925 hours we exited the puzzle room and went for a easy walk along cambridge drive, 2358 steps total.
Sachin had extra medications at 2000 hours.
Today Sachin decided how far he wanted to walk, on the way home at a T intersection he decided to return home the fast way instead of the long way around.
Sachin did 15 minutes on his exercise wobble board then had a head massage from nan. sat on the couch with mum and nan plus his cup of sleep tea.
Shift ceased at 2100 hours.
