I assisted Sachins Father in the garden while his mother gave him tea.
At 1711 hours Sachin and I went for a walk along Tabletop road, a 3.6 km walk in 40 minutes, Sachin and I saw an echidna while out tonight. Sachin had a bpm of 120 while out walking and within ten 15 minutes of being home he settled down to 84 bpm, it appears Sachin is having a good night with a controlled low bpm. Sachin walked well, with good pace and motivation. When we got home Sachin, Saj and I drove Praveena into town for a girls dinner, we returned home. Sachin travelled well in the car, he didn’t make and worried noises or worried facial expressions, he appeared to enjoy the drive. When we got home Sachin and I made cups of tea and got stuck into Jigsaw puzzle time. Sachin appeared interested in his work but proceeded slowly, managing approximately 10 pieces. At 1950 we packed up and went to the lounge for wind down and TV time, we watched Warcraft.
Sachin had a chamomile and green tea with a bowl of dorito chips, he didn’t touch his snack tonight. Sachin appeared to have a good night, a calm night with a good low heart rate.

Sachin walked well, he kept a good pace. At home I encouraged sachin to use the toilet again, he didn’t go. We moved on to making our cups of tea, Sachin as always assisted me by gathering tea bags, cups and milk. We entered the programs room with cups of tea in hand and got to work on his puzzle. At first Sachin was hesitant towards Katie at first but quickly warmed up to her, Sachin appeared to be very calm around her and his lowered heart rate reflected this theory. Sachin worked very well on his puzzle, he displayed excellent focus. At 1930 hours we packed up and exited the programs room, Sachin was encouraged to use the toilet, this time he did go, he produced a medium amount of urine. After that we sat up on the couch with a sleep tea and small bowl of doritos watching John Wick with his mother.

NOTES:
I arrived at 1600 hours for shift with Sachin, he was in the shower when I arrived. I noticed Sachin heart rate was still high, similar to yesterday, so today is taking it easy. At 1630 hours Sachin had tea, pork stir-fry. At 1655 hours Sachin and I went for a walk in his street, a 30 minute walk at a casual pace. When we returned home I assisted Sachin brush his teeth then together we made cups of tea. Sachin and I went to the programs room for jigsaw time, once again Sachin did not appear interested in the puzzle, he required a lot of prompting to stay focused, however his procrastinating was difficult to combat. Sachin got stuck at a point, I assisted and for half an hour we looked through ALL the spare pieces and could not find a perfect fit for the space we needing to fill. One piece was very very close to a perfect fit but wasn’t right, I went looking through the completed puzzle for a similar piece and managed to find it, it was even a perfect match color wise, it was removed and the two pieces were swapped. Immediately, with the correction made, Sachins attitude improved, his heart rate dropped 10 units to mid 70’s and he showed more interest to puzzle and he started finding pieces faster. At 1930 hours we packed up and sat in the lounge with a snack and sleep tea watching TV.
Sachin was much better now and his heart rate reflected that.
Shift ceased at 2100 hours.

I arrived at 1600 hours for shift with Sachin, he was walking in the house when I arrived .
Sachins mother arrived home shortly after me and gave Sachin his KFC for tea, Sachin thoroughly enjoyed tea. I encouraged sachin to use the toilet, he produced a large amount of urine then I assisted him brush his teeth.
Sachin and I went for a walk along Tabletop road, we walked the farthest we have ever walked, well past the second bridge, 3.6 kms in total.
I assisted Sachin to water the front garden with the hose when we returned home.
Sachin and I made cups of tea and went to the programs room, Sachin was not interested in working tonight. I encouraged him and assisted him but he was not staying focused, his procrastinating was in high gear tonight plus his high heart rate suggested to me he was anxious about something so I called it quits for Sachin.
At 1900 hours we came out to the lounge where Sachin received a coconut oil head massage from his mother for half hour. Sachin and I had a chip snack and a sleep tea and watched post cards TV series on TV.
All up Sachin was behaved and appeared to have a good night but appeared to have things on his mind playing with his anxiety.

Sachin was encouraged to use the toilet, he produced a large urine. I then assisted Sachin with brushing his teeth.
Sachin and I made our cups of tea as always Sachin acquired the tea bags and milk while I made them up. Sachin and I hit up the programs room and worked on his puzzle. Sachin displayed some ocd like traits at the first 30 minutes, he had to have his table, board, puzzle and storage boxes neat and tidy and he checked them over and over. He also was very adamant every piece I pit in had to click in place perfectly, otherwise he’d pull it out and start again. Sachin managed 1 line tonight completed.
At 1930 hours we packed up and had another toilet break, Sachin let go a medium amount of urine. We washed our cups and rested on the couch to watch the rest of Elvis movie.
Sachin was well behaved tonight and appeared to enjoy his time. His ocd traits hindered his speed with completing tasks, but he got there in the end.

Shift commenced at 1600 hours on Friday the 17th of March 2023.
I arrived at sachins place at 1555 hours, Sachin was inside with his mother.
Sachin, praveena (his mother) and I left the house and went to regents cinema. I encouraged sachin to use the toilet before going in the theatre, he complied and a medium amount of urine was past. Sachin was behaved while watching AntMan, he appeared to me to be more interested in his popcorn and Fanta drink. Sachin did not appear concerned or affected by the loud music and or flashing lights. After the movie we had another quick toilet break, small amount of urine past. We walked the main street and were gifted with watching many many hot rod and classic cars doing laps, a car show is in town this weekend. We stopped into schnitz for tea, Sachin had a chicken schnitzel and chips. When we were finished with tea we walked back along the main seeing all those hot cars still doing laps, revving their engines. Sachin so far has appeared to enjoy his night out on the town.
We returned home and rested up on the couch, Sachin had a cider to top off a great night. No issues or incidents to report.
