I encouraged sachin to play along sorting out uno cards by colour, I placed 4 different colour cards down and passed Sachin one card at a time, he then placed them on the right colours. Once we sorted the colours we tried to sort the colour piles numerically. Sachin was losing interest by now so we chilled out on the couch watching a movie, Ticket to paradise. Sachin appears to have had a good night, going off his decent bpm, high 60’s low 70’s and his easy going mood/attitude.

Sach was in the shower when I arrived, so I sorted out the LEGO packaging. When Sach got out, Praveena made us both dinner and we ate together at the table. Afterwards, we brushed his teeth and made tea and went to programs room. We completed over 100 steps today! Sachin’s heart rate was a bit high throughout (between 80-95bpm), but he was focused and even preempting pieces to put in. Saj took Sachin to the toilet approx 1850, med urine output. We finished up at 1930 and sat on the couch. Made teas at 2000 and then relaxed for the rest of the evening with Praveena on the couch. A very relaxing evening.

For the first 45 mins today, I help Saj sort out the last of a puzzle. When I got inside, Sachin was eating dinner. Once he was finished, we went for a 20 min walk around the estate - Sachin was powering through the walk - but still had time to stop for a friendly cat who came over and said hello and was rubbing up against our legs. When we got back, I brushed his teeth and we made teas and went to do LEGO. Sach was very involved and even put in a couple pieces himself! At 1930, we packed up and went to the toilet - small urine output. We made tea at 2000 and Sachin had a small bowl of chips on the couch with Praveena.

NOTES:
Sachin was inside having a shower when I arrived. When he was done we chilled out together waiting for dinner to be served. When Sachin had finished his dinner he was encouraged to use the toilet, he produced a large quantity. I assisted Sachin with brushing his teeth then we left the house for a walk. Sachin and I went for a short walk, 15 minutes approximately, because of his lower level of sleep. Sachin was fine on the walk, he did encourage me to slow down to a casual stroll speed. We prepared cups of tea when we got home, Sachin and I then got stuck into the jigsaw puzzle. Sachin displayed hyper focussed symptoms tonight with his need for perfection and procrastinating before acceptance. Sachin took his time with accepting jigsaw pieces were put in, normally they have to slip in straight away with a nice click sound but tonight it seemed to me it didn’t matter how perfect they went in he just needed to have the right amount of times they went in before he had satisfaction. At 1930 hours Sachin and I exited and he had another toilet break, medium quantity produced. Sachin had a half hour head massage from his mother then a cup of sleep tea with a bowl of trail mix while watching TV. Sachin has had a heart rate in the 80’s most of the night, he has been behaved and followed normal nightly routine well. Sachin displayed extreme focus for perfection with his puzzle tonight.

Sachin was inside the house when I arrived, I assisted his father for 20 minutes then went in. Sachin and I sat on the couch and waited a few minutes until his mother had his dinner ready. Sachin had his dinner then came for a walk with me along Tabletop road, we had a half hour walk at a decent speed, Sachin kept pace well. When we returned home Sachin used the toilet for a large urine then I assisted him brush his teeth. Sachin and I teamed up and made our cups of tea then wandered into the programs room for puzzle time. Sachin focused very well on his work, he moved at a good steady constant pace from 1800 to 2000hrs, he didn’t daze off or procrastinate once.
At 2000 hours Sachin and I packed up and had another toilet break, medium output, we made up fresh cups of sleep tea and settled on the couch watching Lego Masters.
Sachin has appeared to have a good evening, no issues to report or warning signs from Sachin. Just a chilled arvo.

Sachin and Praveena were at art classes when I arrived, so I help Sarj sort out some puzzle pieces. They arrived home soon after and I prompted Sach to go to the toilet -small/med output. He then walked into his room and started to get changed into home clothes himself, so I assisted as the clothes were already laid out and ready to go. I cleaned Sach’s teeth and we then went for a short walk to the first bridge and back. Sach was keeping a very leisurely pace for most of the walk. We then got home and watered the flowers out the front with Sarj. We then came inside and made tea and headed to the programs room. We completed more than 70 steps and Sachin was very involved and even corrected me when I started to put a piece in the wrong way! We packed up at 1930, went to toilet (small output) and went and sat on the couch. I made tea at 2000 and Sachin had a small bowl of chips. We relaxed on the couch for the rest of the evening, while Sach was being very vocal!

When we arrived home Sachin was encouraged to use the toilet, he didn’t need to go. Sachin had his evening meal then I assisted him brush his teeth. Sachin and I made cups of tea and visited the programs room. Sachin appeared very distracted, he frequently stared off into space, Sachin required constant supervision and interaction. Sachin did not put many pieces in tonight, he tried to look busy by looking in the pieces containers instead of actually working. At 1940 hours we packed up and went to the toilet again, medium urine output. Sachin and I watched Lego warriors then at 2000 hours we made sleep teas and had a bowl of corn chips, we finished off the night with Animal planet.
