Sach was in the programmes room with Praveena and OT when I arrived, we spent some time teaching Sach how to wipe with toilet paper on a balloon. At first he appeared confused, but eventually got better. West had dinner and completed our normal post dinner routine. We went to programmes room with freshly made teas. Sach immediately settled with a bpm in the 60s-70s. He didn’t get many pieces in but was concentrated the whole time. We finished up, it took almost 10 mins of prompting to get him up and out. He went to the toilet at 2000 (large output). I made him a snack and sleep tea. He didn’t want to eat his corn chips, but scoffed the popcorn Praveena made. No issues, good bpm.

Sach was having a shower when I arrived today. Once out, we relaxed in the lounge until dinner was ready. He appeared alert but had circle under his eyes and was reacting slightly slower than usual. He was excited for dinner, which was roast pork and veges. After dinner, I popped his runners on and we went for a short walk up the street and back. His new orthotics appeared to be bothering him a little but he still finished the walk without complaint. I then assisted him to clean teeth, and he refused to go to toilet. We made head and headed to programmes room. Sach and I spent a long time thinking that there was a missing piece in the puzzle. Despite this, he had a bpm in the 60’s-70’s and was completing pieces. We finished up at 1930 and Sach went to relax on the couch. I made him a tea and got him corn chips at 2000, which he ate himself. I prompted him to the toilet at approx. 2020 (large output). We then relaxed for the rest of the evening while watching The Equaliser 3. No issues overall.

Sach was finishing his arvo tea when I arrived today. He appeared to be a little reserved today, but still greeted me back normally. He was stubborn when I prompted him to finish the last little bit, to the point where he was pretending to take sips! He eventually drank it all and I then helped him prepare the pot for tomorrow. We ate dinner together and cleaned up. I prompted Sach to the toilet (small output) and then cleaned his teeth. We then went for a stroll to the first bridge and back. Once back, we made teas and headed to programmes room. He continued the trend of speedily placing pieces. He was focused with a bpm in low 80’s. By 1930, he only had one row to go! We came out and sat on couch. I made him tea and 2000 and got him a slice of Black Forest cake. He was settled with a bpm in the 70’s. I prompted him to toilet at 2050 (large output) and then we sat back down and watched a movie with Praveena. No issues.

Sachin was in the programmes room with Praveena and his OT when I arrived. He was immediately looking to me to put pieces in for him, and I did so while beginning to sort out the new puzzle. We went to the kitchen for dinner at approx. 1720. Sach ate vegetarian food for dinner and was clearly unimpressed as Praveena had to feed him each spoonful. After dinner, Sach immediately made a run for the programme’s room to do more puzzle, and it took a fair amount of prompting to get him up again. He went to the toilet (medium output) and I cleaned his teeth. He then tried to go back to the puzzle, but I prompted him to go for a walk. He chose to walk along Cambridge Dr, he was keeping a great pace and was smiling and chatty. Once back, he tried AGAIN to go to the puzzle, but I got him to come out and make teas before heading back in to programme’s room finally. He absolutely smashed it and completed approx. 5 rows just today. We finished up at normal time and sat on couch with Prav. He was relaxed and enjoyed his snack and sleep tea I got him at 2000. I prompted him to toilet at 2045 (large output). He was settled for rest of evening with bpm in 70’s. No issues.
