Sachin was doing his puzzle when I arrived. I prompted him to kitchen and we prepared his tea for tomorrow and then got ready to go for a walk. Sach set a great pace today and we walked to the second bridge and back. We then ate dinner together - Sachin was very impressed with his. Sach then went to toilet, he needed many reminders as all he wanted to do was play with the toilet paper (medium output). I then assisted clean his teeth and we made teas and headed to programs room. He was very focused the whole time - but his heart rate was in the 80’s up until the last hour of puzzle time when it came back down to 60’s and 70’s. We finished up at 1930 and went to relax with praveena on the couch. I prompted Sach to toilet just before 2000 (medium output). I then made tea and got Sach a small snack. His heart rate was a little bit higher than usual (80’s), but he appeared calm and happy.

WEATHER:
21° Sunny day.

NOTES:
Sachin was awake, and at the kitchen table drinking a cup of tea when I arrived. He was alert and appeared normal. Sachin had an early dinner then we went for a very short walk on account of his very high bpm. We walked in the street out front of his house for approximately 300 meters then returned home.
I encouraged sachin to use the toilet, which he did, large urine. We then brushed teeth and made cups of tea. Sachin so far has been following routine well, he did appear stunned or confused a few times but snapped out of it within 7 seconds. We got that routine out the way quickly so we could sit quietly doing jigsaw puzzle, Sachin did indeed calm a bit while in programs room. At 1930 hours we packed up and had another toilet break, large urine again. We made new cups of chamomile tea and sat with his mother in the lounge. Sachins bpm continued to drop further to a more acceptable bpm of 60’s to 75 while watching Lucifer. It appeared when Sachin sat for extended periods of time in his favourite spots he settled and calmed remarkably.

WEATHER:
20° Sunny day, part clouds.

NOTES:
Sachin was awake, showered & drinking his pot of tea at the kitchen table when I arrived. Upon hearing from Praveena Sachin has had minimal sleep, just 4:51 hours I immediately enacted all calming measures for Sachin. Half hourly lavender oil on his chin to breath in, lavender diffuser in lounge turned on hours earlier, calm behaviour from parents and carer to encourage the same from Sachin, a relaxing environment for Sachin and constant vigilant supervision of Sachin &BPM.
When I arrived his bpm was 95 to 110, sitting at the table he would be 95 and when he got up to walk around he’d head up to 110. Praveena got dinner out of the way, I got his toilet break, teeth brushing and cups of tea knocked out quick so we could sit calmly on the lounge. The first 20 minutes on the lounge saw his bpm drop to 80’s, the next 20 minutes went down further to 60’s to 70. Being seated on the couch with lavender oil on his chin, heated blanket and hot water bottle has worked well for Sachin. Sachin used his ipad and also watched postcards TV show on TV. At 1830 hours Sachin was treated to a coconut oil head massage from his mother, when Sachin has a minimum sleep night it is normal procedure that his mother will do this for him, he appeared to like it.
Sachin sat and watched Aquaman movie contently, he had a bpm of mid 70’s. At 2000 hours Sachin used the toilet ( Large urine ) then assisted making new cups of tea and returned to the couch with it and a bowl of chips.
From 2000 hours to 2130 hours Sachin sat and used his ipad and watched aquaman with no issues.

NOTES:
Sachin was awake when I arrived, he had finished his breaky and was on the last cup of tea from his pot. When he was done i assisted him into his joggers and we went for a 40 minute walk. We done something totally different today, we went exploring. Along Tabletop road there is a dirt road heading off to the other side of Thurgoona, Sachin and I walked along the dirt road for approximately 250 metres to a creek crossing. Sachin showed great interest in the flowing water, he gazed up stream and down for a good 5 minutes. We returned to tabletop road and walked the tree line to the other end of Cambridge drive, we walked though the residential street to the park. Sachin had himself a 5 minute swing on the play equipment then we returned home.
Sachin had his dinner but he didn’t seem impressed with it, he took his time, much longer than he normally eats.
Sachin had a toilet break, large urine output then I assisted him brush his teeth. Sachin and I made cups of tea then went to the programs room for jigsaw time. Sachin is still resisting doing the puzzle completely on his own, he still asks me to slid the pieces in, Sachin is encouraged to put them in on his own.
Sachin did not complete much tonight, he went at his own pace and often got distracted, staring off into nothing, Sachin took a lot of encouraging to stay focused to work. At 1930 hours we called it quits and had another toilet break, large urine, then made another cup of tea and sat with his mother watching a mila jovovich film Monster Hunters.
Sachin was good tonight, he got confused a few times on the routine of things but all up he was great.

Sachin and Praveena were at art classes, they got back home approx. 1620. They had got Sach KFC spicy chicken and he was very excited to have them and kept trying to grab the bad from Praveena. He sat down for dinner and ate all of the drumsticks, then all of the wings. I then ate while he used his iPad. I then prompted Sach to toilet. Initially, he stood there and fiddled and flushed without going. After being prompted again- he sat down to do his business and I assisted with wiping. We then cleaned teeth and made teas. Sachin was a bit confused during this and got I corrected items a couple times after prompting. We then went to do puzzle and Sach put in every piece himself. He was finding new pieces quickly and had a great bpm the entire time (60’s and low 70’s). It took quite a bit of time to get him up from the puzzle but we got out at normal time for couch time with mum. I prompted Sach to toilet at 2000. He fiddled a lot but eventually went (large). I made teas and we relaxed for the rest of the evening. His heart rate did not go above 80.

NOTES:
Sachin was awake when I arrived, he had finished his breaky and was on the last cup of tea from his pot. When he was done i assisted him into his joggers and we went for a 38 minute walk. We went along tabletop road to the second bridge. Sachin appeared happy to be out in the sunshine, he did appear to be a bit stiff in the legs causing a minor awkwardness to his steps.
When we returned home his mother assisted him with his shower routine.
Sachin had his dinner and then used the toilet, large urine. I assisted Sachin brush his teeth and after that we made cups of tea. Sachin nailed the process perfectly, he gathered his tea bags and set his cup up, then he got milk for me, I poured the water. Sachin and I went into his programs room for jigsaw puzzle time. Sachin didn’t have his heart in it tonight, he took everything extra slow and precise. I encouraged sachin to put his own pieces in, every piece he’d find he would wait to see if I would put it in for him, everytime he did I tapped his elbow and pointed, he understood and put it in himself.
At 1930 hours we ceased activities and had a toilet break, no go from Sachin. We settled up on the couch and watched Lucifer TV series with his mother.
At 2000 hours we made cups of sleep tea, got a snack of corn chips and returned to the couch. Sachin has been well behaved and appeared in a good mood, his bpm was under control with nice low figures.

Sach had just gotten out of bed when I came in. I assisted with frying egg for breakfast and making his tea. Praveena arrived home shortly after this, and while Sachin was drinking his tea - I assisted praveena while cooking. Praveena took Sachin to have a shower before we ate together - I busied myself with tidying and prepping the programs room during this. Sachin ate his dinner quickly and then we prepared Twas and did our usual nightly routine. Sach did not go to toilet as he had just been, however. We went to programs room to do puzzle. Sachin was quick to find pieces tonight, but very slow on placing them in himself. It was clear he became a little frustrated at some of the pieces not clicking the way he likes, and was occasionally looking over to see if I would give in and click the piece on for him. I said no each time and he would go back to placing the pieces himself. Despite this, his bpm was steady in the 70’s all of puzzle time. We finished up at 1930 and sat on couch and watching Lucifer with Praveena. I made tea at 2000 and got Sach a small snack. I prompted him to toilet at 2030 - he fiddled with his clothing and the toilet roll for a while but eventually went (large output). We relaxed on couch for rest of evening - good bpm

Praveena was showering Sach when when I arrived. Once out, I got Sachin ready to go for a walk. He set a very casual pace - we didn’t get to the second bridge during our 30 min walk. He appeared to be very happy during the walk. We got back and ate dinner together. After this, we prepared teas and I prompted Sach to toilet. He fiddled around and didn’t go. I then assisted him to brush his teeth and we grabbed our teas and went to programs room. Sachs heart rate was in the 90’s for the first 45 mins of puzzle time, he was losing focus regularly. He did settle, however, and his heart rate lowered into the 70’s and he became more focused. He put in every piece himself. We finished up at the normal time and I prompted Sach to the toilet - he acted the same way as before and didn’t go again. I made tea at 2000 and got Sach a snack. We sat on the couch and watched tv. I attempted to get Sach to go to the toilet at 2045 but he refused. Other than this, Sach appeared relaxed and he had a good heart rate for the evening.
