Exercise wobble board.

Sachin Appeared happy, he was quiet and focused.


• Weather: 22 degrees, sunny/overcast 

• Notes:
Sachin completed 3 laps of his block today during walk, normal pace.
Sachin completed 15 minutes on exercise wobble machine.
Toilet break, large urine.
Assisted sachin brushing teeth.
First cup of green/chamomile tea and into programs room.
Sachin had lavender diffuser on, lavender under nose, extra calming medications with his normal 1830 meds.
Second cup of tea.
Sachin did his jigsaw in programs room then at 1930 moved into loungeroom where he had a head massage.

Another Sleepless night

New Jigsaw puzzle started in programs room.

• Mood
Sachin Appeared happy today, he laughed a lot and got up from the couch to wander a lot in the kitchen and pantry.


• Weather: 23 degrees, sunny.

• Notes:
Sachin completed just one lap of his block today during walk, very relaxed pace due to level 3 sleep score.
When Sachin returned to house he completed 5 minutes on treadmill machine.
5 minutes on exercise wobble board.
Toilet break, large urine.
Assisted sachin brushing teeth.
First cup of green/chamomile tea and into programs room.
Sachin started a new jigsaw puzzle today, Sachin made out standing progress, he completed the border pieces and a good 2 dozen more pieces.
Medication + extra meds given at 6:30 pm.
Second cup of green/chamomile tea at 6:30.
Lavender oil rubbed under Sachins nose.
Sachin finished in programs room and placed his cup in the sink.
Sleep/chamomile tea at 7:45pm, mandarin and small bowl of snacks while resting on couch.​
