WEATHER:
19° Sunny day, gusty wind.

NOTES:
Sachin was at his residence when I arrived for shift, his mother was finishing getting him dressed to go out. Sachin, his father and I went for a drive to a local delivery company to collect a parcel, Sachin appeared to enjoy the drive, he was a little vocal at times but these were interpreted as happy sounds. We returned home where Sachin had his dinner, again he cleared the plate. Sachin and I then departed to go fishing at Lake Hume village. Sachin appears to enjoy sitting in the shade under gum trees listening to the water lap the sand bank. Sachin appeared keen to be fishing, today we were bait fishing, we cast out and let it sit till a fish bites. Last summer I trained Sachin how to lure fish so now every time he’s holding a rod he wants to reel it in straight away, Sachin does not comprehend letting it sit still yet. We returned home at 1920 hours, Sachin was encouraged to use the toilet, large urine produced. Sachin and I made cups of tea and took our seats in the lounge to watch hocus pokus II with his mother. At 2000 hours I made Sachin a small bowl of dorito chips to have as a snack. So far this evening Sachin has been pretty calm and cool, his BPM averaged 77, give or take 5 units.
At 2030 hours his mother picked another film, Abraham Lincoln vampire hunter.
Sachin has appeared to have a good night.

Shift ceased at 2130 hours.

Once finished, we ate dinner together and sat on the couch for 10 mins for our food to settle and then went for a 20 minute walk along Table Top Road. Sachin was smiling and seeming to enjoy the walk. We got back and prepared our teas, I cleaned his teeth and he went to the toilet (small), before heading into the programme’s room. Sachins heart rate was a bit high - but he was focused and didn’t need reminding to concentrate. We headed out at the normal time and sat on the couch with praveena. I made teas at 2000 and got a small snack for Sach. While on the couch, he appeared happy and relaxed with a relaxed bpm.

Once we got home, I prompted Sachin to the main bedroom for his shower - I assisted Praveena with this. We then ate dinner together - Sachin was very picky with his dinner but did end up eating it all. We then made teas, cleaned his teeth and headed to do puzzle. Sachin was having his dinner when I arrived, after he was finished I assisted him clean and rack his plate then encouraged him to use the toilet.
Sachin didn’t need to go so I then assisted Sachin to brush his teeth. Sachin and I went to the backyard and watered the veggie shoots with a watering can and thrive nutrients booster.
At 1800 hours Sachin was encouraged to use the toilet, this time he did go, large irone output. Sachin and I made cups of tea and entered the programs room for jigsaw time.
Sachin put a few pieces in, but mostly he had difficulty staying focussed, quite often throughout the night Sachin had a confused look on his face, he appeared to stall, forget routines and he just looked lost.
At 1915 hours Sachin and I prepared to go walking, I assisted him into his joggers and then we left for a quick walk. It was a bit cool and breezy so we had a fast but short walk, 15 minutes.

WEATHER:
23 degrees - sunny

Sachin was drinking his afternoon tea when I arrived. He appeared calm and relaxed and gave me a fist bump. I went into theatre room to begin sorting out the next puzzle we will be doing together. At approximately 1630, dinner was ready, so I came out to kitchen and sat and ate with Sachin. After this, we cleaned up together and I brushed his teeth. We sat for 10 mins together for our food to digest and then went for a 20 minute walk along tabletop rd. Once back, I prompted Sach to toilet, we made teas and headed to programme’s room. Sach was distracted at times while doing the puzzle, and needed to be reminded to focus. While he was focused, however, he was putting pieces in at a steady rate. We finished up at 1930 and sat on the couch with Praveena. His heart rate immediately settled. I made tea at 2000 and Praveena got us all some semolina dessert. Sachin enjoyed this a lot, and licked his bowl and then took mine and licked that too. I prompted Sach to toilet at 2100 and we relaxed while watching a Bollywood movie for the rest of the evening.

WEATHER:
28 degrees - sunny then late showers

Sachin was at dining table drinking his afternoon tea when I arrived. Saj asked me to begin preparing Sachin’s dinner for him. I did so, and then did some cleaning and dishes while Sachin ate. Praveena then got home and took Sachin to be showered. After this, I observed that there was a small window in between rain showers - so Sachin and I went for a 20 minute walk along tabletop road. Sachin appeared to enjoy this a lot, and was smiling during the walk. We got back and I prompted Sachin to the bathroom to clean his teeth. We then made our teas and headed to the programme’s room. Sachin initially had a heart rate in the 90’s, and appeared to be staring off into the distance. This continued for a short time until he sneezed twice, and then began to focus with a more preferable heart rate. Sachin got up at 1900 and went to the toilet by himself. We finished up at 1930 and went to sit on the couch. I made Sach a tea at 2000 and praveena got us some small snacks. Sachin was relaxed with an excellent heart rate for the remainder of the evening.

Sachin was in the shower when I arrived. I greeted Saj and praveena, then went and got Sach out of the shower. I dried, moisturised, then assisted dressing him. We then immediately prepped to go for a walk. Sach was dawdling to begin with, but then really picked up the pace for most of the walk. He appeared to be enjoying himself, but there were a few sticky flies that were clearly bothering him. Once back, we had dinner together. After cleaning up, we made teas together, went to toilet (no go) and brushed teeth. We grabbed our teas and headed to programme’s room for puzzle time. Sachs heart rate wasn’t great (80’s), but he was focused and got more than 2 rows completed. We finished up at 1930 and sat down with mum. I got Sach a snack at 2000 and made him a tea. He went to toilet at 2100 (medium), but it did take him a while to eventually go. We relaxed on the couch for the rest of the shift - Sach appeared very sleepy by 9130 - but had a good heart rate. He was taken to bed at shift end

WEATHER:

Sachin came outside to observe Praveena’s cooking while I was greeting her today, he did not seem impressed (no meat cooking) and walked back inside. I followed him in and we sat on the couch for a short while, before I then assisted Praveena with showering Sach. He went to toilet beforehand (small output). After, we had dinner together, Sach was quite shaky during this, but managed ok. Sachin went to the ensuite while I was cleaning up and making teas because he wanted to find Praveena’s hair tie and pick the hairs off of it. He came back out once the teas were poured, I then prompted him to the bathroom to clean his teeth, then we grabbed our teas and headed to the programme’s room. Sachs heart rate was immediately calm - and continued to be in low 70’s and 60’s for all of puzzle time. He was also very focused and chatty. We finished up at 1930 and sat on the couch with mum until I prompted Sach to the toilet at 2000 - he didn’t want to get up off the couch but eventually got up (large output). I then made him tea and got him a small cake. Sachin had an excellent heart rate (60’s) for the rest of the evening and appeared calm and relaxed.
