Previous night Sleep:- 9.52hrs.
Resting heart rate:- 63 bpm.
​Activities:
Jigsaw puzzles in programs room.
Walking around block.

Mood:
Sachin appeared calm today, he applied himself to his jigsaw and did not appear over stimulated. He did dis engage a few times and look around the room.

Weather:
31 degrees, sunny.

Notes:
Assisted sachin brushing his teeth, he then used the toilet medium urine.
Sachin took a cup of chamomile tea to his programs room and did some of his jigsaw puzzles. Sachin paid good attention to his puzzle, and took regular breaks to look around the room and at what I wss doing.
Sachin had another toilet break, ahain medium urine, we went for a half hour walk around the block, completing 3173 steps.
When we got back to the house, Sachin completed 15 minutes on the exercise wobble board.
Sachin rested on the couch in his spot with a peeled mandarin.

Started new puzzle today, already making good progress. Walk around the neighbourhood, 1 lap of Oxford drive at a very relaxed pace due to high risk day. Vibration machine for 5 minutes. Extra medication administered at 4.30, 6, 6.30 and 7.30.


• Mood:
Happy and alert.


• Weather:
37c, sunny.

1708, Assisted with brushing Sachin’s teeth.
1716, Moved to activities room to work on new puzzle that was started today. Camomile and green tea, relaxing music in the background with lavender oil diffuser on. Monitored heart rate on a regular basis with iPad. Also monitored room temperature. Lavender oil applied above upper lip every hour.

Watered the mandarin tree and eggplants. Helped fill the outdoor spa. Organised medication for the week. Finished puzzle that was started on the 10th of November. Walk around the neighbourhood, 3 laps of Oxford drive and up to Princeton court and back at a brisk pace. Vibration machine for 15 minutes.


• Mood:
Happy but lacking focus, easily distracted and very vocal.


• Weather:
34c, mostly sunny.

1710, Sachin watered his mandarin tree and the eggplants as well.
1716, Took Sachin to the toilet.
1720, Assisted with brushing Sachin’s teeth.
1724, Organised medication for the week with Sachin’s assistance.
1743, Sachin helped fill the outdoor spa.
1758, Moved to activities room to work on his current puzzle, finished puzzle started on the 10th of November. Camomile and green tea, relaxing music in the background with lavender oil diffuser on. Monitored heart rate on a regular basis with iPad.

Single lap of block at a relaxed pace.

Mood:
Sachin appeared calm today, he applied himself to his jigsaw and did not appear over stimulated.

Weather:
30 degrees, sunny.

Notes:
Sachin was introduced to a new support worker today, Sachin appeared to accepted Jesse well and was not bothered by his presence.
Assisted Sachin brush his teeth, he then used the toilet ( large urine ), Sachin and I took a cup of chamomile tea to the programs room and did Jigsaw puzzles.
At approximately 1850 hours Sachin, Jesse and I went for a casual walk around the block.
When we returned to the house Sachin had a new cup of tea made, a toilet break ( medium urine ) and a head massage from his Grandmother.
For a level 3 day Sachin was calm and appeared relaxed.

20 minute guitar session with Sachin, we worked on making different sounds with individual strings. Worked on current puzzle, required a little bit of assistance. Walk around the neighbourhood, only 1 lap of Oxford drive due to warm day. Treadmill for 10 minutes. Vibration machine for 15 minutes.


• Mood:
Happy and calm but lacking focus.

1712, Guitar session for 20 minutes. we worked on making different sounds with individual strings. Not as interested today but that may have been due to a general lack of focus.
1735, Moved to activities room to work on his current puzzle. Camomile and green tea, relaxing music in the background with lavender oil diffuser on. Lavender oil applied above upper lip due to a fluctuating heart rate with close monitoring as well.

Worked on current puzzle, making good progress without any assistance. Walk around the neighbourhood, 3 lap of Oxford drive and up to Princeton court and back. 3019 steps in 30 minutes at a brisk pace. 25 minute music session. Sachin showed good interest in the guitar again, worked on strumming individual strings and identifying different sounds.


• Mood:
Happy but a little unfocused, seemed to have a bit of nervous energy.

Activities:
Jigsaw puzzle in programs room.
Walk around block for exercise.

Mood:
Sachin appeared very alert and attentive to his jigsaw puzzles today, he is more energetic with his movements.
He displayed more facial expressions, and is very vocal.

Weather: 26 degrees, sunny/overcast, pleasant breeze.

Notes:
1720 hrs, Sachin offered toilet break, he did not produce.
Assisted Sachin brush his teeth, I brushed his teeth then Sachin finished off brushing with the electric brush.
1728 hrs, Sachin completed just one lap of the block today for his walking exercise.
1750 hrs, Cup of chamomile tea and in to do Jigsaw puzzles.
Soothing music turned on, lavender diffuser turned on, lavender oil on top lip, calming quiet environment encouraged for Sachins benefit.
1800 hrs, extra medications, lavender on top lip.
1830 hrs, medications, lavender on top lip, cup of sleep tea given to Sachin.
1930 hrs, finish in programs room, a fresh cup of sleep tea obtained, lavender applied to lip, now having a head massage .
2030 hrs, sachin has finished head massage, eating a mandarin and watching TV.
Sachin wandered a few times during TV time, twice he tried to access his parents room, he was redirected back to lounge room, he wandered in the kitchen a few times and again was redirected to the lounge.
