WEATHER:
24 degrees - cloudy

Sachin was sitting quietly at the dining table when I arrived. I finished making his afternoon tea, cooked his egg for breakfast and sat with him until it was time to leave for art class. He was calm and quiet in the car, but seemed to be concentrating on where we were going. He was confident when getting out of my car, and pretty much led ME into the building. He appeared calm and happy after the lesson - no issues on drive home. Once back, Sach finished his tea and Praveena took him for a shower. Once out, we ate dinner. I prompted him to toilet (he refused before the shower), he went medium/large. I then cleaned his teeth, we made teas and headed to programme’s room. Sachs heart rate settled almost immediately, and then continued to gradually go down until it was low 70’s from approx. 1830 onwards - which is much improved from the last week or so. He was very focused on the puzzle, didn’t need any reminding to focus, and got approx. 1 row completed. We finished up at the usual time - Sach ran to the bathroom to clean Praveena’s hair tie before coming to sit on the couch. He settled quickly once I put the diffuser on and gave him his iPad. Yea and snacks were prepared at 2000 - Sach enjoyed his samosas. I prompted him to the toilet at 2045 - he initially refused but eventually went (large output). We relaxed for the rest of the evening watching The Witcher. Sach was relaxed with a bom in the 70’s.

Sachin was having a shower when I arrived, his mother was assisting him with the routine. Sachin was much more quieter today, it appears he done all his talking and vocals yesterday. he appeared to be well rested, appropriately alert and content with his lot today. Once he had his shower tea and dinner we set out for an arvo walk. sachin appeared to enjoy his walk along table top Rd, sachin listen to his playlist of *NSYNC Madonna Spice Girls and Will Smith. Sachin kept up a good fast pace for walking, 35 to 37 minutes 3974 steps and 2.72 kilometres. When we got home I assisted Sachin brush his teeth, we made cups of tea and entered the programs room for jigsaw time. so far sachin has been very quiet and happy doing his own thing his current BPM has not settled lower than 96 up to 102, lavender applied, sachin  put half a line together by 1930 hours then we quit. sachin and I spent the last hour and a half watching X files and drinking tea. Sachin had a good night, nil issues to report.

Sachin was having his shower and being assisted by his mother when I arrived. Sachin had his brecky and drank his tea pot up. during that time I assisted his father with gardening. not long after that Sachin had his evening meal, I encourage sachin to use the toilet (large urine) I then assisted Sachin with brushing his teeth, we managed to get a break in the weather and we used it to get a exercise walk in. we walked table top road at a decent quick pace, Sachin was loud and vocal he had an urgency to his step like he was on a mission. he quietened down and stopped the vocals approximately 500 metres down the road, it was quite humid and we were hot when we returned home. we made cups of tea and hooked into some jigsaw in the programs room, FYI Sachin done 2.72 K’s approximately 4000 steps and all in 34 minutes walk. Sachin struggled with his puzzle he’s finding of pieces was very slow his BPM was high and sat between 95 and 110 sachen appeared like he wasn’t into jigsaws tonight he would focus on everything anything else. so after he got two pieces in we vacated the program room sachin refused a toilet break so we made cuppers and sat watching TV, Sachin was loud and animated this evening, loud very often!

Sachin was sitting at the dining table, waiting for his tea and breakfast, when I greeted him. He had just woken up and did not appear to be happy. I sat with him while he ate and drank, he appeared to perk up after this. I assisted Sach in preparing his tea for tomorrow, and we then ate dinner. After this, we cleaned up and brushed teeth - he refused to go to the loo. We then made our teas and headed to the programme’s room. Sachin’s heart rate was high 80’s and 90’s for most of puzzle time, and some of his old habits shone through (like pressing on the puzzle pieces). He was mainly focused, however, and completed approx. 1.5 lines of the puzzle. He was promoted to toilet at 1845 (medium output). He got up quickly when I told him it was time to go to the couch. He didn’t sit for long, he soon got up and decided to organise some of the clothes in the laundry. I made him a tea at 2000, got him some corn chips, and put the diffuser on. Sachins heart rate settled into the low 70’s-60’s and appeared happy and relaxed for the evening.

Sachin was looking relaxed on the couch when I greeted him today. I took the opportunity to finish sorting the next puzzle while Praveena showered him. We sat on the couch together for a short while afterwards, Sachin has begun copying some hand movements. We then ate dinner, cleaned up together, then brushed teeth, and made teas together - Sachin was methodical and efficient during these tasks (he did, however, try to run away from the dinner table before eating his vegetables). Once in programmes room, Sach was focused and got almost two rows completed. His heart rate was between 80-85 bpm. When it came time to finish, I showed Sachin my finished tea, and he ignored me and put his fingers in his ears. He refused to listen for a few minutes, but eventually got up and came to sit on the couch. I prompted him to the toilet - he was being stubborn and put his fingers in his ears again when told to focus - large output, eventually. I made Sach at tea at 2000 and got him some corn chips. He was being chatty and cheeky, but had a heart rate in the 70’s for the rest of the evening.

Sachin had his dinner then I assisted him brush his teeth. We made cups of tea and put in a long stint at jigsaws. We finished at 2000 hours, Sachin had another toilet break, medium amount too. We then made dorito snack and cups of tea, we watched a south Korean TV series. Sachin was good all night, he had a few moments where his bpm rose above 120 for no reason, but quickly receded to 80’s.

Sachin was sitting at the dining table when I walked in, he was drinking his afternoon tea. He appeared to be calm and happy and greeted me with a fist bump. Once finished, I assisted him in prepared g the tea for tomorrow. Sach seemed to be in slow motion this evening, he was slow to make his tea, then slow to eat his dinner, and then even slower to go to the toilet! He stood in the toilet playing with the toilet paper and his shirt for almost 10 minutes before actually going (medium output). He was then promoted to sit, and had a small/medium vowel movement. We then cleaned teeth and prepared teas. We headed to programmes rooms and Sach was immediately engrossed in the puzzle - he was being slow to find and place pieces. His heart rate was consistently between 75-85 bpm and, even though better than yesterday, I still kept a close eye on him due to his resting bpm. We finished up as usual and went and sat with Praveena on the couch. I made him a sleep tea at 2000 and got him a snack. He was promoted to the toilet at 2030 (large output). His heart rate stayed consistent for the rest of the evening.

Sachin was in shower when I arrived today, so I sorted out more of the next puzzle. Once out, Sachin’s started drinking his tea and we all ate dinner. When we were finished, we got in the car with Praveena and went for a drive to wodonga to see her friend. After a short stop, we robe back home. Sachins heart rate was between 90-110 bpm for most of the trip. Despite this, he appeared to enjoy the drive and his trip out of the house. We got back home and Sachin finished his tea from earlier. We cleaned his teeth and prompted him to toilet - no go. We then made teas and headed to programmes room at 1830. Sachins heart rate was in the 90’s for the whole of puzzle time - and even though he was focused, he appeared to be struggling to find pieces - and only finished half a row. Once it was time to finish up, he was ignoring me and refused to get up until he found another piece. He eventually got up and went to toilet - small/med. We then sat on the couch with mum. His heart rate never fully settled, even after his sleep tea and snack, it was still in the 90’s. Regardless, he appeared to enjoy his evening.

Sachin was at home hanging out inside with his mother when I arrived. Are assisted saj fry rice for dinner, once Sachin had his dinner we brushed teeth Sachin didn’t need to use the toilet so we moved onto watering the veggie garden. section is getting better at using the group sprayer someday although direction is the problem we are working on the direction problem. So far Sachin has a high BPM in the 90s his resting BPM of 69 plus six hours and 49 minutes of sleep presented some interesting behaviour. Sachin had a fluctuating BPM all night, assertive personality and short term memory loss. After watering we made cups of tea and done some jigsaw work until 1830 hours. At 1830 hours we went for a drive with his father to chemist warehouse, we stayed in the car. Sachin appeared to enjoy the drive. We returned home and Sachin used the toilet, large urine produced. We sat and watched a Ben afleck film called the Accountant. At 2000 hours we made cups of tea and a corn chip snack, we returned to the couch. At approximately 2045 hours sachins bpm climbed up very fast from 80 to 120, I held his hand and directed him to have a erink of his tea, we shook hands and played a few minutes, his bpm fell to 85. Sachin has appeared to have had a good night despite his quirks.
