• Activities:
Continued working on new puzzle, making great progress with no assistance. Walk around the neighbourhood, 3 laps of Oxford dr and up Cambridge dr to Deakin pl and back. 3806 steps in 40 minutes. Vibration machine for 12 minutes.


• Mood:
Happy and calm but quiet.


• Weather:
33c, Partly cloudy.


  • Notes:
1735, Took Sachin to the toilet.
1737, Assisted with brushing Sachin’s teeth.
1742, Organised Sachin’s weekly medication with his assistance.
1758, Moved to activities room to work on new puzzle. Camomile and green tea, relaxing music in the background with lavender oil diffuser on. Monitored heart rate on a regular basis with iPad.
1830, Medication administered.
1901, Walk around the neighbourhood, 3 laps of Oxford dr and up Cambridge dr to Deakin pl and back. 3806 steps in 40 minutes.
1950, Vibration machine for 12 minutes, cut short due to Sachin becoming very vocal and animated and moving toward aggression. Possibly due to jealousy as Praveena his mother was receiving a head massage and he also need to use the bathroom. The behaviour quickly abated once he was taken to the bathroom and had sat down to receive a head massage of his own.
2004, Took Sachin to the toilet.
2006, Head massage from grandmother.
2026, Family room for sleep tea and mandarin while watching youtube videos on his iPad.

Split Sleep

Previous night Sleep:- 8.03 hrs, split sleep.
Resting heart rate:- 59 bpm.

Activities:
Jigsaw puzzles in programs room.
Wobble board.

Mood:
Sachin was a little vocal today but remained focused and attentive to details around him, he appeared unsettled.
Sachin had a giggle and hysterical laugh.

Weather: 
32 degrees, sunny.

Notes:
Sachin used the toilet at 1735 hours, large urine amount, I assisted Sachin with brushing his teeth afterwards.
Sachin and I went to programs room early today on account of the sun being too hot to walk.
At 1830 Sachin had medications.
At 1850 hours Sachin began giggling and little hysterical laughs, nothing was obviously funny to me, I took sachin to the loo he did not use it, we made a hot cup of tea , sachin had 5 minutes on wobble board, he was still giggling, we returned to programs room, i turned the fan off, turned lighting up and rubbed some lavender oil below sachins nose, after 5 minutes Sachin appeared to calm and settle down, trigger unknown.
Sachins afternoon walk was cancelled on account of the giggles.
Sachin and I finished in the programs room at 2000 hours, we then came to the lounge room and settled down with a sleep tea.

Longest neighbourhood walk .

Activities:
Jigsaw puzzles in programs room.
Walk in woolworths Thurgoona.
Walking in neighbourhood.
Wobble board.

Mood:
Sachin was quiet and focused today, he appeared well rested and calm.
He was calm during car ride and in woolworths.

Weather: 
31 degrees, sunny.

Notes:
Sachin used the toilet at 1740 hours, medium urine amount, I assisted Sachin with brushing his teeth.
We then acquired a cup of tea each and went to the programs room for Jigsaw puzzle work early on account of the sun still being a bit warm on the skin.
At 1830 Sachin had medications.
At 1840 Saj, Sachin and I went for a drive to woolworths, Saj went off for groceries while Sachin walked around with me, Sachin was behaved and was calm during the times his father was out of sight.
When we returned home Sachin and I went walking in the neighborhood for forty minutes, Sachin completed 4697 steps in the 42 minutes we were out.
Back at the house Sachin did an extra 15 minutes exercise on his wobble board.
After the wobble board Sachin had a cup of tea and rested on the couch with Nan and mum.

Independence day.

Happy and calm but a little distracted at times.


• Weather:
29c, Sunny.

1742, Walk up Table top rd to the second bridge and back at a brisk pace, 4003 steps in 37 minutes.
1830, Medication administered.

1852, Assisted with brushing Sachin’s teeth.

2022, Family room for sleep and camomile tea with a mandarin while watching youtube videos on his iPad.

New Walk Route

Jigsaw puzzles in programs room.
New walk route - down Tabletop road

Mood:
Sachin was  quieter than yesterday, he appeared rested and relaxed.

Weather: 
28 degrees, sunny.

Notes:
Sachin was offered to use the toilet, he did not produce urine, Sachin was assisted with brushing his teeth.
Sachin and I made our cups of tea and went to programs room and started work on his sydney harbour panoramic jigsaw, Sachin is making quick work of this one and if he keeps up this pace he will finish well before the last couple of jigsaws.
Medication was administered to Sachin at 1830 hours.
At 1920 we exited the programs room, Sachin used the toilet, produced medium urine.
I assisted Sachin lace up his walking shoes and we headed out for our 30 minute walk.
We took a different road today, Sachin did not appear concerned with the change in route.
Sachin used the toilet when we got back, again medium urine produced.
Sachin did an extra 15 minutes exercise on wobble board.
Then with a cup of sleep tea Sachin rested on the couch in his spot.

Great puzzle progress day.

Activities:
Jigsaw puzzles in programs room.
Walk around block.

Mood:
Sachin was very vocal today, non coherent words and sounds, Sachin would hop occasionally while heading places in the house, Sachin appeared content and relaxed but was more vocal and energetic today.

Weather: 
23 degrees, overcast with drizzle in afternoon.

Notes:
Sachin used the toilet, medium urine, and was assisted with brushing his teeth at 1735 hours.
Sachin had split sleep last night, his nightly routine was maintained to the best of our ability.
We walked just one lap of the block today, at a relaxed pace.
Sachin used his exercise wobble board for 5 minutes then we made cups of tea and entered the programs room.
Sachin had medications at 1830 hours.
Sachin completed his 1000 piece Jigsaw last night, so he appeared excited to re commence his newly started one.
Sachin completed the entire boarder and I’d say a good 10% of the picture area, an outstanding effort tonight.
Sachin finished his cup of tea then looked to see if I was done, I showed Sachin I was finished too, Sachin detached from his puzzle and led the way to the kitchen for a new cup of tea.
While in the kitchen Sachin had his 1930 medication.
And was encouraged to use the toilet again, Medium urine.
With our fresh tea's we returned to the programs room and continued the puzzle.
We exited the progams room at 2000 hours, Sachin received a head massage from his grandmother.
Sachin settled on the couch to wach TV.


Shift ceased at 2100 hours.

Shopping & Puzzle Completion

Visit to woolworths.

Mood:
Sachin was well behaved today, he was quiet and not very vocal. He was very interested in what others in the house were doing.

Weather: 
29 degrees, overcast with drizzle in afternoon.

Notes:
Assisted Sachin brushing his teeth, then Sachin used the toilet, large urine.
We went walking around the block early today, we completed 4 laps of the block in the 30 minutes, 3433 steps.
Sachin went without his exercise wobble board tonight instead Sachin, Saj and myself went for a trip to woolworths shopping.
Sachin showed a little anxiety at times while looking for his father who was went ahead shopping, sachin relaxed when he saw him.
When we returned to the house Sachin was given a Cup of chamomile tea and went into the programs room for Jigsaw puzzle time.
Sachin completed his Jigsaw puzzle tonight, he started a new one ( sydney harbour ) and also completed approximately 20 pieces of the edgings .
At 8pm we finished in the programs room and settled in the lounge room. Sachin watch me a lot then would watch TV.

Happy and relaxed with a bit of playful energy.

1740, Guitar session for 15 minutes. Sachin showed good interest and engagement today, he strummed along on his guitar while I played some tunes on mine. He seemed to enjoy the exercise overall.
1755, Sachin assisted with organising his medication for the week. 
1815, Moved to activities room to work on current puzzle. Camomile and green tea, relaxing music in the background with lavender oil diffuser on. Monitored heart rate on a regular basis with iPad.

Organised Chaos

Mood:
Sachin appeared relaxed and content today, calm and quiet, he appeared to enjoy his walk and Jigsaw puzzle time.

Weather: 
32 degrees, Humid, mostly sunny day, overcast with drizzle in afternoon.

Notes:
Assisted Sachin brushing his teeth, then Sachin used the toilet, large urine.
We went walking around the block early today, hoping to avoid the rain from the building clouds, we successful and stayed dry.
Sachin also had 15 minutes on the wobble exercise board.
Cup of chamomile tea and into programs room for Jigsaw puzzle time.
Sachin completed approximately 17 pieces of his puzzle tonight.
At 8pm we finished in the programs room and settled in the loungeroom watching TV with a fresh cup of chamomile sleep tea.
