Sachin was relaxing on the couch and watching Bananas in Pyjamas when I greeted him. He appeared calm and content, and we hung out for a short while until Praveena began preparing dinner. I assisted whine Sach stayed on the couch. We ate dinner at approx. 1700 - Praveena had to feed Sach as it was a vegetarian fish. After this, we cleaned up together. I then prompted Sach to the toilet (small output), and cleaned his teeth. We came back, prepared teas together and then went to programme’s room. Sach’s heart rate was in the 90’s, yet he appeared focused and yo be enjoying himself. His heart rate calmed down to the 80’s at approx. 1845. At 1930, we finished our teas and prepared to go for a walk. Sach chose to walk along Cambridge Dr, and we nearly got to the end of the road, but a dog barking startled him quite badly so we turned back around. Once back, I prompted Sach to toilet (medium output). I then made his tea and got him a small snack. He was relaxing with a heart rate until he 70’s and 80’s for the rest of the evening. He responded well to new hand signals being used throughout evening.

After dinner I encouraged sachin to use the toilet, he produced a large urine. I assisted Sachin to brush his teeth then we made cups of tea. We took our teas to the programs room. Sachin appeared keen to be doing his puzzle, he found 3 pieces quite fast, bit not long after that he dazed off. Sachin dazed off at the wall at approximately 1817 hours, I called for his father to assist me, I put some lavender on his chin and under his nose to breath up. Saj and I encouraged sachin to regain his focus, to snap out of it. Sachin snapped out of it approximately 3 minutes after it started. Once Sachin had settled and rested a few minutes we moved to the lounge room. I assisted Sachin getting comfortable on the couch then turned on a netflix TV series called “Life on our Planet”. Sachins mother arrived home at 1925 hours and when sachin saw her his bpm dropped dramatically, he appeared much calmer and relaxed. Sachin and I made new cups of tea at 2000 hours and had a toilet break (small urine amount passed)

Sach was with Praveena and his speech therapist in the kitchen upon arrival. Sachin appeared already and focused considering how much sleep he’d had. We spoke with the speech therapist and worked on some sign language while on the couch. After this, Sach ate his dinner and we cleaned up together. I then prompted him to toilet, he became unfocused and was walking abck and forth between the kitchen and toilet. After some gentle guidance and prompting he eventually went (very large output). We then cleaned teeth and made teas, Sachin’s was still a little unfocused but was able to make his tea with the normal level of assistance. We headed to the programme’s room. Sachin became focused and was placing most pieces in by himself. We finished up at 1930 and Sach sat down for a coconut oil head massage. At 2030 I got him a snack and sleep tea. At 2045, I prompted him to toilet (large). His heart rate was between 80-90 for most of the evening (apart from during head massage -70’s). We kept a very close eye on him for the evening - no significant issues.

NOTES:
Sachin was dressed when I arrived, I put on his shoes then Praveena, myself and Sachin went to Lavington mall.
Praveena, Sachin and I attended his doctors appointment, I waited outside while they went in. We returned home and Sachin had his dinner. I encouraged sachin to use the toilet, he didnt need to go so we moved on to brushing teeth, I did the first proper clean for Sachin then he brushed himself. Sachin and I made cups of tea and put in some time on a new puzzle. Sachin was very self sufficient with working on his own, generally he will do this with new puzzles. At 2000 hours we packed up and exited the programs room. I encouraged sachin to use the toilet (large urine output).
Sachin and I made cups of tea and settled into the couch with his mother and watched X files on TV.
Today Sachin went for a drive, started a new puzzle, had plenty of sleep and had a very very good low bpm. No issues or concerns tonight.

Sach was most of the way through his arvo yes when I arrived. I encouraged him to finish while praveena cooked dinner. I then assisted him in preparing the teapot for tomorrow. Sach then sat down for his dinner, which he ate up quickly. Sach assisted me with cleaning up, then I prompted him to toilet. It took multiple reminders, and me eventually taking the toilet paper roll of him, before he went (very large output). I assisted in brushing his teeth, we then made teas and headed to programme’s room. Sachs heart rate initially was in the 80’s-90’s but eventually settled to mid 70’s. We got very close to finishing but stopped at 1945 so we could go for a walk. Sachin was hesitant to leave such a small amount unfinished, but came out and I assisted in putting his shoes on. We went for a walk to the first bridge and back, he had a smile on his face the whole time and kept a great speed. Once back, I prompted him to toilet and had to confiscate the toilet roll again so he would stop fiddling (large output). Sach then sat down with Praveena while I made his tea and got him a snack. I w relaxed on the couch for the rest of the evening, no issues.

Sachin was eating his breakfast when I walked in. He was already ready to go, so we headed directly out to my car and went to art class. Sach was great and calm in the car, and was all smiles when he came out after. We went and got him some chicken, he was smiling and laughing while in drive-thru. We got back home and ate dinner together, Sach was very happy with his. We cleaned up and I prompted Sach to the toilet (med/lrg output), and cleaned his teeth. We then made teas and headed to programme’s room. Sachins bpm for most of puzzle time wasn’t ideal, but he was focused and put in a lot of pieces. His heart rate eventually settled into the mid 80’s. Once done, Sach went to toilet again (med output). He then sat down and got an oil head massage from Praveena. His heart rate was in the 70’s for most of this. At 2030, I made a sleep tea and Praveena made some popcorn as a snack. We relaxed for the rest of the evening, Sach’s heart rate was steady between 75-85 bpm.

Sachin was sitting on the couch when I arrived. I helped him prepare his tea pot for tomorrow and then prompted him to ensuite for his shower. He went to the toilet (small output) before I assisted him through his showering routine - he was very cooperative. We came back to kitchen and Saj heated up Sachin’s dinner which he ate eagerly. Before heading to programme’s room, we folded up the tea towels from the basket. Sachin was very precise and did a great job. We then headed to do puzzle, Sachin settled very quickly and had a bpm of 65-85 for puzzle time. He was very focused and completed more than 2 lines. We finished up and I prompted Sach to the toilet (large output). Sach has a small snack and sleep tea and relaxed for the evening with Praveena and I.
