NOTES:
Sachin having his dinner when i arrived, I sat and had a bite with him. After Dinner Sachin was encouraged to use the toilet, he didn’t go. I assisted Sachin to brush his teeth. Sachin and I kept it simple this evening by staying around the house. I assisted Sachin with watering the veggie garden then we watered the front yard plants. Sachin was encouraged to use the toilet again, this time he did produce a medium quantity urine. Sachin and I then boiled the kettle and made cups of tea, we hit up the programs room for jigsaw puzzle time. Sachin worked well, at first he was encouraged to exercise self reliance and work by himself but he lasted 15 minutes before his passive contentious behaviour took hold and I relented into assisting. This is what Sachin wanted tonight, he might have just wanted to work together. Sachin put a whole line together tonight.
At 1936 hours Sachin and I exited the programs room, Sachin used the toilet he produced a medium amount again. Sachin settled into the couch and watched TV with his mother, 2000 hours Sachin and I made cups of tea and a snack we returned to the couch. Sachins bpm, behaviour have been very good tonight, no issues or concerns to report.
 
Shift ceased at 2130 hours.
