Progress Notes:
Arrived to start work with Sachin at 5pm tonight,Sachin was sitting at the dinner table having a cup of tea when finished I got Sachin ready to go for his walk ,we headed off up Cambridge drive only completing 1km but Sachin was very eager on the walk to the point I had to slow him down possibly due to the fact that his brother Rahul had arrived home from Sydney. We then grabbed our cups of tea and made our way into the program room difuzer and music put on and applied some Lavender oil on his top lip as well as some flower essence mist to his jumper ,Sachins hr rate was quite high throughout initially sitting at 105 bpm and the lowest it dropped to was 71 bpm but then went back up ,Sachin was given his 6.30pm medication by Saj as well as a Camomile tea which seemed help ,tonight Sachin was quite vocal but very fixed on his puzzle making steady progress Sachins hr elevated again going just above 90 bpm ,we finished up at 7.45 pm and made our way Into the lounge room so as Sachin could relax with his brother shift ending at 8 pm .
