Mood:
Sachin was well behaved during shift as always, he displayed good focus and attention. He was quite vocal this evening, minor giggling, ticky ticky, eee aww, uhuh uhuh noises.
 
NOTES:
Sachin and I went for a walk in Brooklyn fields this afternoon, we got 22 minutes in before we stopped on the account of rain. Sachin done 2397 steps in the 22 minutes.
We finished off with a quick drive in the suburb then headed home.
Sachin used the toilet, very large urine produced, I then assisted Sachin brush his teeth.
We made cups of tea then went into the programs room for Jigsaw work.
Sachin has started a new puzzle and was assisted with pieces to get motivated.
Medication given at 1830 hours.
Sachin made great progress on his puzzle tonight.
1930 packed up and settled on lounge watching TV.
