1700 I arrive at house to start shift. Sachin is in kitchen with Praveena making tea. Sachin and I went to the bathroom and I prepared toothbrush whilst Sachin toileted. No output. We brushed teeth, washed hands and made our way to programs room with our teas to get cracking on the puzzle. Sachin turned on lamp, I turned on light, fan, music and diffuser. 1725 applied lavender oil to Sachins nostrils and paw paw to Sachins lips as they looked dry and he was picking them. BPM 89. 
Sachin is playing with his stomach as he can hear the liquid/tea inside. 
1750 bpm 99. 
1800 Saj Brought in Sachins medication and water. 1800 Sachin toilet with Saj - no output. Sachin really focussing on the sound of the puzzle pieces. Pulling out and re-doing multiple puzzle pieces. 1810 BPM 87. 1815 Applied more paw paw to Sachins lips. 1850 I played Sachin some songs and incorporated his name into the lyrics which he enjoyed and looked at me a smile and a giggle. 1924 I was shuffling cards and Sachin was very interested in what I was doing. He put his hand on mine for a few minutes and focussed on the cards. 1930 we made our way out of programs room. Sachin used the toilet - no output. Settled on couch with Praveena watching tennis. 1938 Saj toileted Sachin again - no output. Settled on couch with snacks and tea for remainder of shift.
