Cold and cloudy again

Weather: 12 degree. Cloudy and showers.
Sleep: 9 hours & 57 min.
RHR 64 bpm.
Exercise:No walk too cold and getting dark.
Mood: Sachin seemed a little anxious. We had a tough time finding some pieces of the puzzle.
Notes: on arrival Sachin had showered and was finishing his dinner. Praveena made us some tea and we went to puzzle room. Hr was quit high getting up to 113 bpm. Bit slow on the puzzle. Repeating placing a piece over & over again. Making sure he is correct. 6.15 pm we took a break. Went to toilet ( small urine). Brushed his teeth. 6.30 pm took medication. HR 84 bpm. At 7.00 pm Sachin had completed 1/2 a row heart rat still a bit high 86 bpm. At 7.20 pm Sachin an I went to lounge and watched some tv. HR gown to 67 at 7.50.
