Zach was in the kitchen with Praveena when I arrived. He already had his shoes on, so we immediately went for a 15 minute walk through the estate. He kept an excellent pace the entire time. Once home, we had some puzzle time before being called for dinner. After, we cleaned up and I prompted each to the toilet (medium urine) and then cleaned his teeth. We then made teas and went to programmes room again. His bpm was immediately excellent and stayed between 68 and 78 the whole time. We finished up at 1930 and went to the lounge room. Sach settled very quickly. Snack and sleep tea at 2000. No issues.
