Zach was sitting at the dining table when I arrived. I helped him make his tea for tomorrow and then we got ready to go for a walk. Zach was keeping a good pace, was being very talkative, and appeared to get slightly upset at the wind as his eyes were watering. He appeared to be slightly off first of the night after this, and was loud and seemed to be a bit cranky. He ate his chicken dinner, but took a few minutes to get into it. He went to the toilet after dinner (small output)c and we made trad and headed to the programme’s room. Sach needed some extra encouragement with the puzzle, and his bpm wasn’t great, but he got almost two rows completed while still chatting away. We finished up at 1930, I prompted Sach to the toilet again (large output), and we sat on the couch and ate popcorn and drank teas with Praveena. No issues.
