Mood: Sachin appeared to be content with following the normal nightly routine, he was easy going and did not display any assertive my way attitudes or trouble behaviours. He was quiet and well behaved. NOTES: Sachin was just finishing up having tea with family when I arrived, Sachin was encouraged to use the toilet, he produced a medium amount of urine. Sachin was then assisted with brushing his teeth, Sachin had himself a go at brushing once I done the bulk for him. Sachin and I then went for a short walk to the park and back, a few hundred metres, Sachin has had a minimal amount of split sleep so we decided not to push him but to keep as close to normal routine for Sachin. When we returned home Sachin and I teamed up and made our cuppa’s and hit up the programs room for jigsaw puzzle time. Sachin had his 6:30 medications on time, dispensed by his father. Sachins had all his calming aids put in place tonight for him, lavender oil rubbed under nose each 30 minutes as well, Sachin BPM was on average high 80’s Up till his 630 medication kicked in and from there he slowly lowered to mid to high 70’s. At 730 we called it quits in the programs room, we made up new cuppas and took up space on the lounge watching TV with family.
