Seizure risk level:- Risk level- minimal. Previous night Sleep:- 9.46 hours split sleep. Resting heart rate:- 57 resting bpm. ACTIVITIES. Jigsaw. Walk WEATHER: 32 degrees, sunny. Mood: Sachin appeared to be well rested, he was energetic and vocal. He appeared in a good mood tonight, he was content with our routine. NOTES: Sachin was in the kitchen assisting his mother with drying the cutlery and putting some away when I arrived. Sachin was encouraged to use the toilet, he produced a large urine content, I then assisted him brush his teeth. Sachin and I made up our cups of tea and went to the programs room. Sachin appeared happy doing his jigsaw tonight, he displayed good focus to it, he did not get stuck too many times and also let me assist him. Sachin had his medication at 1830 hours, dispensed by his father. Sachin continued his jigsaw until 1850 hours, he then used the toilet again, large urine. Sachin and I then went for a half hour walk along Cambridge drive, Sachin appeared happy to walk he kept pace with me well. Sachin and I returned to his house, he used the toilet once more, small urine, then sat up on the couch with Nan and his mother. No behaviours or incidents to report. Shift ceased at 2000 hours.
