Mood/Behaviour:
Sachin appeared to be well rested, he was alert and aware of his surroundings, Sachin was well behaved and compliant with suggested instructions to him.

NOTES:
Sachin was at the kitchen table finishing off his cup of tea when I arrived, after this he was encouraged to use the toilet, he produced large urine. Sachin was then assisted with brushing his teeth, he had a short go himself at the end.
Sachin and I made up our cups of tea and headed to the programs room for jigsaw time.
Sachin appeared to feel the cold a bit tonight, once he was seated I placed his electric blanket on his lap to keep him warm.
Sachin knew he was at the end of his puzzle tonight, he had just two horizontal lines of his 1000 piece puzzle to go. Sachin did not waste his time, he worked quickly.
Sachin had medication at 630, dispensed by his father.
Sachin displayed some weird behaviour with his puzzle when he was close to the end, he would find the right piece and put it just below where it goes, he would then wait for me to put it in. Sachin wanted to share, he was willing to let me help.
Sachin has not let me help for months, now will let me help at the end of a puzzle, wierd.
Sachin finished his puzzle tonight, once he was done we packed up and went to the lounge.
Sachin was encouraged to use the toilet again, large urine out put. We settled on the couch and watched Ninja warrior. Last cup of sleep tea at 8:00.

Shift finished at 2030 hours.
