Straight into program room to work on puzzle walk later in the evening ,toilet ,brushed teeth

Progress Notes

Arrived at 5pm to commence shift with Sachin who was standing in the kitchen then disappeared into the program room and was eager to get into his puzzle hr steady at 70bpm ,Sachin was quite vocal tonight ,got a visit from Olivia who was here for a get together and Sachin was at first a little standoffish but quickly came around and was interacting well with her ,toilet just on 6pm with very large output then took his medication from Saj at 6.05pm and 5hen headed to the bathroom to wash his hands with some hand over hand assistance then happy to brush his teeth once done Sachin had his dinner at the dining table and was happy to sit there with everyone until just after 7pm then made our way back to program room until about 8pm then decided on going for a walk up Cambridge drive to the Table top rd and back very vocal on walk and was powering through the walk  completing 1815 steps in total now just relaxing in the lounge having some birthday cake and chilling for remainder of night hr a little high probably due to all the people and noise .
