NOTES:
Sachin was at his residence when I arrived for shift, his mother was finishing getting him dressed to go out. Sachin, his father and I went for a drive to a local delivery company to collect a parcel, Sachin appeared to enjoy the drive, he was a little vocal at times but these were interpreted as happy sounds. We returned home where Sachin had his dinner, again he cleared the plate. Sachin and I then departed to go fishing at Lake Hume village. Sachin appears to enjoy sitting in the shade under gum trees listening to the water lap the sand bank. Sachin appeared keen to be fishing, today we were bait fishing, we cast out and let it sit till a fish bites. Last summer I trained Sachin how to lure fish so now every time he’s holding a rod he wants to reel it in straight away, Sachin does not comprehend letting it sit still yet. We returned home at 1920 hours, Sachin was encouraged to use the toilet, large urine produced. Sachin and I made cups of tea and took our seats in the lounge to watch hocus pokus II with his mother. At 2000 hours I made Sachin a small bowl of dorito chips to have as a snack. So far this evening Sachin has been pretty calm and cool, his BPM averaged 77, give or take 5 units.
At 2030 hours his mother picked another film, Abraham Lincoln vampire hunter.
Sachin has appeared to have a good night.

Shift ceased at 2130 hours.
