Progress notes:
Arrived at 5pm to start shift with Sachin who was assisting Praveena in the kitchen with the dishes attempted to toilet Sachin but wasn't interested so got him ready for his walk which was up Table top road to second bridge and back, Sachin was extremely heavy tonight but St maintained a good pace completing 3826 steps straight to the toilet when we got back medium amount then brushed his teeth grabbed our teas and headed into activities room to work on his jigsaw very focussed tonight hr was at times quite high at 101bpm and remained higher than normal at about 88bpm could have been due to the fact that he's nearly finished his puzzle Lavender oil on his top lip every half hour music on as well as difuzer finished up at 7.30pm making his way into lounge room to relax and unwind but decided to go for a wander out the back having a look in the outside fridge then wandering through the kitchen before eventually settling on the couch to relax hr still higher than normal at 80bpm.
