Shift times :- 1700 hrs to 2100 hrs.

Sachin was inside his house when I
Sachin was encouraged to use the toilet, he produced a medium amount of urine, he was then assisted to brush his teeth, no issues.
Sachin and I then made cups of tea and went straight to work I’m the programs room, no walk today on account of the rain.
Sachins BP fluctuated very fast all shift, he was sitting doing his jigsaw quietly but his BP sat between 85 and 120.
All methods to calm him were used, calming sleep music, lavender diffuser, dim lighting, quiet and calm environment established, lavender oil just under his nose. Sachins behaviour and heart rate were closely monitored all evening.
At 1930 hours Sachin and I packed up and he was encouraged to use the toilet once more, medium urine output.
Sachin settled in the lounge and watched a film (mulan) with his mother, at 2000 hours he had another cup of tea, calming sleep tea. Sachin appeared interested and entertained by the movie.
Shift finished at 2100 hours.
