It’s my puzzle! I’m doing it, Not you James!

WEATHER:
30 degrees, sunny.
 
Mood:
Sachin appeared to be in a similar mood to yesterday’s shift, with slight differences of; he was more interactive with me, he didn’t sink into his own world as much plus he appeared more focused on his puzzle work.
 
NOTES:
Sachin was in the kitchen when I arrived, he was cleaning his tea pot and getting it ready with tea bags and water.
Sachin was encouraged to use the toilet, he didn’t go so we moved on to brushing teeth.
We picked up cups of tea and went to puzzle room.
Sachin was showing good attention to his puzzle at first, then he paid more attention to stacking old jigsaw boxes one on top the other and making sure the edges were perfectly aligned with each other.
Sachin regained his interest in his puzzle and was not interested in letting me touch any pieces tonight, and when I did push my luck and touch some he’d drop what he was doing and take it off me straight away. Sachin was very much in control with how he had his boxes aligned and where they were positioned right through to being in charge of touching pieces and putting them where they go, no James help allowed.
Medication at 1830 hours, dispensed by his father and handed to Sachin by me.
He did more puzzle till 1720 hours, he  was encouraged to use the toilet once more, this time he did produce a large urine.
At 1930 hours we stayed local and walked around the streets, Sachin had a easy walk tonight and a good play on the swings at the park, Sachin did 1649 steps.
We returned home and rested up in the lounge room with mum and nan, Sachin also had Kava drinks to help him sleep well over night.
 
Shift ceased at 2100 hours.
