Lack of Sleep but more relaxed

• Sleep:
6hrs 19min split sleep. Level 4 risk day.


• Resting heart rate:
60bpm.


• Activities:
Continued working on current puzzle, making good progress. Walk around the neighbourhood, 1 lap of Oxford drive at a very relaxed pace. 963 steps in 12 minutes. Vibration machine for 10 minutes. Sachin assisted with the organisation of his medication for the week.


• Mood:
Happy and calm, very vocal.


• Weather:
29c, Sunny.


  • Notes:
1737, Walk around the neighbourhood, 1 lap of Oxford dr at a very relaxed pace due to heat and lack of sleep overnight. 963 steps in 12 minutes.
1751, Vibration machine for 10 minutes. 
1801, Took Sachin to the toilet.
1803, Assisted with brushing Sachin’s teeth.
1808, Moved to activities room to work on current puzzle. Camomile and green tea, relaxing music in the background with lavender oil diffuser on. Monitored heart rate on a regular basis with iPad, monitored body and room temperature as well. Lavender oil above upper lip every hour.
1812, Extra medication administered.
1830, Regular medication administered.
1900, Moved to the dinning room to organise Sachin medication for the week with Sachin’s assistance.
1924, Moved back to activities room to continue working on puzzle. 2nd cup of camomile and green tea.
1940, Extra medication administered.
2005, Took Sachin to the toilet.
2010, Family room for sleep and camomile tea with a mandarin while watching youtube videos on his iPad. Lavender oil diffuser on.
2028, Head massage from grandmother.
