Arrived at Sachins residence to start shift just on 5pm ,Sachin was still at the table finishing off his dinner when done straight to the toilet medium output then got ready for his walk which was just over 30 minutes up Table top road to first bridge and back then up Cambridge Dr to park and back several times avg hr 91 bpm then brushing his teeth once done Sachin folded up some tea towels and pillow cases then taking extra medication then into activities room to work on his jigsaw music on and Lavender difuzer put on along with some Lavender oil on his top lip every half hour pretty slow going tonight just seems to be taking his time good hr tonight sitting between 60 bpm and 65 bpm finished up just on 8pm due to staff staying til 9pm then making his way into the lounge to relax and enjoy his sleep tea shift finished up at 9pm.
