Walk up Table top road to first bridge and back then up Cambridge Dr to park and back taking 21 minutes avg hr 87 bpm Sachin took it pretty easy tonight due to risk level completed 2318 steps no wobble Board into program room to work on his jigsaw puzzle.

Progress notes:
Sachin was sitting at the dinner table when I arrived tonight toileted straight away passing a large amount of urine then got ready for his walk only going up Table Top road to first bridge and back and a very modest pace then one lap down Cambridge Dr to park and back teeth brushed then assisted with sorting out his weekly medication which took a while as he kept getting distracted from there we grabbed our cups of tea and headed into the activities room to work on his jigsaw making good steady progress medication given at 5.30pm then then normal medication at 6.30.pm then extra at 7.30pm finished up at 8pm and headed straight to the toilet passing a very large amount of urine and headed into the lounge to relax eating some Doritos and monitored til end of shift at 9pm .
