WEATHER: 16 warm degrees, partly cloudy day. NOTES: Sachin was inside his house when I arrived for shift, he appeared relaxed, coherent and oriented to place and time. Sachin was smiling when he saw me, sachin and family had two weeks getting over covid. Sachin was encouraged to use the toilet, he produced a medium amount of urine, he was then assisted to brush his teeth. I then fitted sachins support wrap to his ankle and shoes, we took off for a walk. Sachin and I made use of the extra sun today, we went along a road we haven’t walked since last august, we went tabletop road for half an hour. Sachin appeared to like the walk, he smiled and made more cheerful vocal noises than usual. When we returned home Sachin was encouraged to use the toilet again, small urine produced. Sachin and I acquired our ready made cups of tea and went to the programs room and got stuck into the jigsaw puzzle. Sachin made amazing progress tonight, he must have spent two weeks planning the pieces to put in, he did close to 4 horizontal lines. Sachin waited patiently for my assistance with putting pieces in, I encouraged him to put some in himself and not get me to do it. At 730 we packed up and went to the lounge to watch TV with mum. Sachin was well behaved tonight, no surprise. Shift finished at 2000 hours.
