WEATHER: 22 degrees, sunny day. Mood: Once again Sachin had minimal sleep, Sachin made throat noises, breathing noises. He was very extroverted tonight. NOTES: Sachin came with his father and myself for a drive to local IGA shop, chemist and around town instead of a walk today, he was well behaved while driving , he paid a lot of attention to the passing scenery. Sachin did not use the toilet when we returned home at 1740 hours, try again later. Medication dispensed at 1740 1830 1930 and 2100 hours, by his father. Sachin had difficulty focusing on his puzzle at first but was then offered more pieces and this increased his attention, he made good progress by the end but did demolish half of his work. At 2000 hours Sachin and I came out to the lounge room and settled on the couch. Sachin was very interested in everyone and watched them closely. Sachin was very vocal, letting go long loud sounds . Sachin finished off the night with a bowl of dorito’s and a sleep tea. Shift ceased at 2100 hours.
