Sachin was eating his breakfast when I arrived. We sat together while he ate and drank his tea. We played with blocks for a short while - Sachin was trying his best to stack them in the same way as me, but his hands were a little bit more shaky than usual today. We packed up together and went for a casual walk to the first bridge and back. Sachin and I then ate dinner and worked together to make teas. I then prompted Sach to the toilet - he didn’t want to go initially and was fiddling around before he eventually went (small output). I cleaned his teeth and we grabbed out teas and headed to the programme’s room. Sachin was focused and his heart rate settled into the 70’s after approx. 20 mins. We came out at 1930 and settled onto the couch. I made Sachin a tea and small snack at 2000. His heart rate wasn’t going below high 70’s, so I prompted him to toilet (medium output) and he sat back on couch- calm, happy, and a little loud- for the remainder of the evening.
