NOTES:
Sachins mother was getting him dressed and ready to leave the house when I arrived. I drove Sachin and his mother to regents cinema where they watched The Little Mermaid movie. Sachin was well behaved, calm and relaxed, he did giggle a few times but nothing loud enough to disturb other viewers. After the movie I encouraged Sachin to use the toilet, he produced a large urine quantity. The movie was finished Sachin accompanied me back to the car where we waited for his mother who detoured to get kebabs for dinner.
We returned home and Sachin had his kebab for dinner, I then assisted him making cups of tea. Sachin got himself comfortable in the lounge and watched another movie called Prometheus.
Sachin appeared to enjoy his excursion to the cinema and his evening at home, nil issues.
Shift ceased at 2130.
