Progress notes: 
Greeted Sachin’s family at 1700. Sachin was still in the shower when I arrived. The family hadn’t had dinner yet. We all sat down and enjoyed dinner together. At 1800 I got Sachin organised for our walk. We walked up around Cambridge and back for 21 minutes, completing 2,022 steps. Sachin was very much in a fast walking mood tonight, pulling me along. When I checked his fit bit heart rate it was saying “fat burning” and was 106bpm. Very quick! Once we arrived home we received our cups of tea and went into the puzzle room. Sachin had pieces everywhere a few boxes tipped out but the system seemed to be working for Sachin as he was completing a good section of his puzzle. 1830 meds given by Saj and Sachin took them. At approx 1930 we headed out into the kitchen to sing happy birthday to Pravena and enjoy some cake. Sachin appeared to be very excited about having cake! Sachin was very vocal after eating his cake and appeared to be very happy with a smile on his face. I thanked the family and said goodbye and that I would see them on Tuesday afternoon. Shift ending at 2000.
