NOTES:
Sachin was showered, dressed and seated at the kitchen table drinking his pot of tea when I arrived. Sachin finished his pot of tea then we went for a walk. We had a break in the rain, the sun was out but the wind was strong and chilly, Sachin and I stayed close to home walking around the block 3 times and still managing a 30 minute walk. Sachin and I knocked over approximately 20 minutes of jigsaw work then got called for dinner by his mother. Sachin appeared to enjoy his tucker tonight, he practically inhaled his curry meatballs & rice. Dinner out of the way I encouraged sachin to use the toilet, he didn’t go so I assisted him brush his teeth. We made cups of tea and returned to jigsaw work. Sachin worked very well, he managed to work on his own and required little assistance from me. At 7:30 we packed up and exited the programs room, Sachin had a toilet break and we made new cups of tea. Sachin had a small bowl of corn chips and watched FUBAR TV show with his mother. Sachin appeared to have a good night with no issues. Sachin was given a new fitbit, his old one had broken screen, Sachin showed resistance to accepting the new one and tried to have the old one fitted back on. Sachin’s father is the only one he would let put it on him, once it was on he appeared to accept it will stay.
Shift ceased at 2130 hours.
