Teeth brushed, short walk up Cambridge drive to the park and back ,work on jigsaw puzzle.

Progress Notes:

Arrived to start shift with Sachin at 5pm ,Sachin was standing in the kitchen with Preveena I said hello and prompted Sachin to use the toilet passing a moderate amount ,we then brushed his teeth then got ready for a short walk up Cambridge drive to the park where Sachin sat on the swing for about 20 minutes we then made our way back ,Sachin completed 836 steps then grabbed our teas and headed into the Activities room, difuzer put on along with some soft music and some Lavender oil put on Sachins top lip and got stuck I to his puzzle ,Sachin hr started off a little high at 91bpm but eventually started coming down and sat between 71 and 80 bpm and was making great progress,I noted that Sachin was quite nasally and mentioned it to Preveena who gave him some panadol just before 6pm then was given his normal meds at 6.20pm by Saj ,Lavender oil put on Sachins top lip every half hour we Saj came in and prompted Sachin to use the toilet and was being a little stubborn requiring several more prompts and eventually went passing a moderate amount of urine we finished up with the puzzle at 7.30pm and made his way into the lounge room to relax until end of shift hr was now sitting at 65 bpm shift ended at 8pm .
