Progress notes: 
Greeted Sachin’s family at 1730. Sachin was helping Praveena to make some tea. We drank our cups of tea and then headed off to Aldi with Saj. 1830 meds administered in the car to Sachin. Sachin finished the whole bottle of water off then we went for a walk around the car park. Sachin was trying to guide me into the shop, but with persistence we kept walking around the car park. We arrived home at approx. 1900. We then headed off to the park to swing on the swing. Sachin was very calm this shift but also very alert. His heart rate remaining between 60 and 70. We arrived home and Sachin completed 1,209 steps in total tonight. We sat in the family room and Sachin watched the iPad. No puzzle time tonight due to Sachin moving through the puzzles to quickly at the moment. Sachin appeared to be very happy this evening but not very vocal. Shift ended at 2030. ​
