Sachin had 11.02 hours sleep today, he appeared to be his normal quiet self, relaxed and content.
 
Weather:
27 degrees, Sunny day.
 
Notes:
Sachin used the toilet at 1715 hours, he produce small amount of urine.
I then assisted Sachin with brushing his teeth, Sachin has an electric tooth brush that support workers and family control and use on him, Sachin appears to like the sensation on his tongue and will appear to fight me around his mouth.
At 1725 Sachin and I went into his Programs room for puzzle time.
Medication  dispensed at 1830 hours.
Walk at 1904 hours, 462 steps at starting time, 3972 steps at 1932 hours, 3510 steps in 28 minutes.
When we got back to the house Sachin did 15 minutes on the exercise wobble board.
Then took his freshly made cup of sleep tea to his spot on the couch for rest time.
Sachin was in a good mood and appeared well rested today, he did not put maximum effort into his afternoon walk today but still managed a very quick pace and 4th place on the walking leader board.
 
Shift ceased at 2000 hours.
