NOTES:
Sachin hadn’t been long awake when I arrived, shortly after that I assisted his father and mother fry rice for dinner. Sachin had his share and appeared to enjoy it, I encouraged him to use the toilet after, he didn’t need to go. I assisted Sachin brush his teeth, we then made cups of tea, we took them into the programs room. Sachin worked well, no issues with finding pieces. At 7:15 pm I encouraged a toilet break from Sachin, he let go a medium amount of urine. We went for a walk around the block, 8 minutes and 1023. From 7:30 to 8 pm we sat in the lounge with his mother watching XFiles. Sachins current bpm has been high this evening, he has been high 90’s constantly.
At 8pm we joined his mother and father in the garage for family time.
