NOTES:
Sachin was present at home when I arrived, he had finished drinking his pot of tea. Soon his mother arrived home and assisted Sachin with his shower routine. Sachin had his dinner and I assisted him brush his teeth, we made cups of tea and then worked on his jigsaw puzzle. Sachin was very easily distracted this evening, he required constant attention to keep him on track. He required help with his puzzle, he wanted my help and in his own procrastinating way he did ask. Sachin got on a roll with my help and managed to put a good amount together by finishing time.
At 1930 hours we packed up and had a toilet break, Medium amount produced. We cleaned our cups and propped them ready for 2000 hours. We went for a quick walk along Tabletop road for 20 minutes, Sachin appeared excited at times and he enjoyed the walk. We returned home and made the cuppas then we perched up on the couch and watched Triple Frontier movie. Sachin started out the night with a high bpm, 98, and slowly decreased to a comfortable 75 by end of night.
Sachin appeared well rested and happy this afternoon.
