NOTES:
Today Sachin was inside when I arrived, he was drinking tea. Sachin appeared happy and rested. Sachin had dinner then used the toilet for a medium urine. I assisted Sachin brush his teeth then we made cups of tea. Sachin and I spent some time on his jigsaw, I assisted when he required it, he managed to complete an impressive amount. At 1940 hours we exited and Sachin used the toilet once more for a large urine. I assisted Sachin water the vegetables then we made a cup of tea. We watched x files with his mother in the lounge.
Sachin has been quiet, by choice, Sachin has had a good amount of sleep and has a good bpm to match.
