NOTES:
Sachin and his mother were waiting inside their car when I arrived, I accompanied them to a Dr appointment for Sachin. Sachin appeared nervous at the Dr but he behaved. After that we went to spc warehouse and Chinese restaurant. When we returned home Sachin and I started our nightly routine. Sachin used the toilet for a large urine output them he had his dinner. After dinner I assisted Sachin brush his teeth. Together we made cups of tea and went to the programs room. Sachin a little while to get in the flow but once he did he had no trouble finding pieces. At 1930 hours Sachin and I exited the room, Sachin used the toilet again, medium urine output. Sachin and I once again made a cup of tea and sat on the couch with his mother and watching TV, x files.
Sachin has had a good night with no issues or concerns to report, he has had plenty of sleep and has had a good current and resting bpm all shift.
